Fried Noodles with Sea Cucumber

To prepare the side dishes, shred carrots and peppers, cut green vegetables into sections, mince green onions and garlic, and peel peas for later use.

Add sea cucumbers at 70% to 80% oil temperature, sauté the green onions and garlic, and fry until fragrant.
