Fried Noodles with Shiitake and Ham

Prepare the noodles

Cut shiitake mushrooms into slices, shred green peppers and carrots

Boil water in a pot, add the noodles and cook for two minutes

Pour the cooked noodles into cold boiling water and blanch it to drain the water

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, pour in the vegetable ham sausage and stir fry
