Fried Noodles with Shredded Chicken and Shrimp

Pre-marinated chicken breasts. (Cut chicken breast into small strips, use oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, cornstarch to grasp and pinch evenly, and store in the refrigerator.)

Soak the shrimp in light salt water to thaw, and squeeze the water to dry.

Boil the egg noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook thoroughly.

Rinse it with cold water and cross the cold river.

Cut the cabbage into thick strips and wash.

Heat the oil pan, sauté the cabbage until soft, and season with a little salt.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, put the shrimps in the pan and fry them until they are cooked.

Pour in the fried soy sauce emperor and sugar.

Stir-fry well. (Forgot to buy green onions and didn't put them. Putting the onions will make it more fragrant.)
