Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork and Eggplant

Ingredients: Cooked shredded pork, eggplant (washed and cut), noodles (boiled too cold)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut eggplant and fry it until soft, remove it.

Next, leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, add the fried eggplant, cooked pork shreds, and cold noodles and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
