Mustard Pork and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: mustard tuber, cooked shredded pork, winter melon (washed, peeled and sliced)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add cooked pork shreds, and add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the cut winter melon and mustard greens and stir fry.

Then, add some water to boil and cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft.

Finally, add a little salt.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
