The temperature is high in summer. Mochi cold noodles are a staple food often eaten in summer. It is easy and convenient, and the matching materials can change as you like.

Sesame Sauce Noodles

1. Mochi is sesame paste. Use cold water to adjust it bit by bit, and slowly add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken essence to taste

2. Add a little red oil and mix thoroughly

3. Put wide water in the pot, put a spoonful of salt, and put the pasta after the water is boiled

4. Open the lid and cook the noodles on high heat. Cook until the noodles have a little white core and remove

5. Put the dredged dough on a plate

6. Put on the cucumber shreds and cooked pork shreds

7. Drizzle with mixed sesame juice

8. Just mix well

Tips:

Adjust the sesame sauce slowly. Add water and mix thoroughly before adding water. Don't put all the seasonings in at once. The sesame sauce will be a bit dry. Use a bowl of noodle soup and drink while eating.
