Fried Noodles with Tomato and Egg

Ingredients

Beat eggs, cut tomatoes into cubes, chopped green onions

Bring water to a boil, add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are broken

Take it out and put it in cold water to cool it down,

Remove the draining water, put it in the dish, pour in a tablespoon of cooked oil and mix well (to prevent adhesion)

Add half of the chopped green onion, tomato cubes, salt and stir fry evenly,

Add the noodles and stir-fry evenly, add the remaining chopped green onion, stir-fry and serve to serve
