Fried Noodles with Tomato and Egg

Add some salt to the pot and cook the noodles until they are 8 mature. That is, you can easily pick up the noodles with chopsticks. The noodles will sag naturally or the noodle soup will be boiled with cold water twice. Adding salt is to prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan.

Boil the lettuce leaves in the noodle soup and pick them up. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Fry with pig until golden brown and gently stir into pieces with a spatula.

Add tomatoes and stir fry.

Put the noodles into the stir fry, and add a little soup to avoid sticking to the pan.

Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil and other favorite seasonings and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot, then put the hot lettuce leaves on top.
