Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Corn

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash the vegetables, cut spinach into sections, cut persimmons, slice garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and small green onions.

3. Cook the cornmeal first. It's well cooked.

4. Use cold boiled water to cast twice to control the water.

5. Put oil in the pot, heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, add the mushrooms, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and fry slightly.

6. Stir-fry the mushrooms with spinach and tomatoes.

7. Add cornmeal, a pinch of salt, half a spoon of sugar, and half a spoon of sesame oil and stir well.
