Sour and Spicy Corn Noodles

This is corn noodles. They are semi-dried noodles. We sell them in the morning market. They must be frozen if they can't be eaten at a time. Because they are in a semi-dried state, they can easily deteriorate if they are not preserved in summer.

The noodles are so good that they don’t break. Add some water to the pot, boil the noodles under cold water, and boil for about 3 minutes. If you feel the taste is right, take them out. If you like softer ones, turn off the heat and soak for 1 minute. .
