Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Eggs

Prepare all the ingredients, such as green vegetables, shredded carrots, minced meat, eggs, and rice noodles as shown in the picture.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the rice noodles in a pot and cook the rice noodles slightly. Then, soak the rice noodles in cold water for later use.

Add oil to the pot, and stir-fry the minced meat to create a fragrant flavor.

Then cut the minced meat to the side of the pan, then beat the eggs and add to the pan, fry until set.

After the rice noodles control the water, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little corn oil, and mix until the rice noodles are evenly colored and flavored.

Then stir-fry the rice noodles in the pan until the flavor is fully cooked.

When adding rice noodles, chopped green vegetables can be added to the pot.

Slightly sauté the rice noodles with vegetables until the flavor comes out, then put the carrots and a little bit of fine salt chicken essence cooking wine into the pot.

Spread and fry until the rice noodles are cooked through.

As shown in the picture, an egg and vegetable stir-fry noodles is complete.
Tips:
The rice noodles need to be boiled, and then remember to add cold water, and then dry them in a controlled manner before frying.
