Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Pork

Prepare all materials. All side dishes are shredded.

Boil the noodles first: boil a pot of water, add the noodles after the water is boiled, and tap the water to get out of the pot when the water boils again.

Let the cooked noodles cool and boil, remove and control the moisture.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the green onions, ginger and red pepper to the pan. After the aroma comes out, add the shredded pork and stir fry.

Tips:
1. Don't cook the noodles for too long, it will be cooked for 9 minutes.
2. After the noodles are cooked, let them pass cold water so that they won't stick together easily.
3. Don't reverse the order when frying side dishes. Carrots that are hard to cook are fried first, and vegetables that are easy to cook are put last.
