It is well known that people in the north love to eat noodles, and my family’s noodles are also the main dish. No matter what the method is, the best dish is hand-rolled noodles. It is amazing that the texture of the noodles produced by hand rolling is different from the one produced by the machine. Today I rolled some noodles and used it to make the most homemade fried noodles with shredded pork and green vegetables. Add a little June seasoning and it tastes very good.

Tips:

1. Don't cook the noodles for too long, it will be cooked for 9 minutes.
2. After the noodles are cooked, let them pass cold water so that they won't stick together easily.
3. Don't reverse the order when frying side dishes. Carrots that are hard to cook are fried first, and vegetables that are easy to cook are put last.
