Stir-fried noodles appear frequently in my work meals. Even so, I still love it. When I don’t want to cook, I use some small green vegetables called chicken hair dishes. Add some shredded pork to make a little fried noodles. Yes, the staple food is all here! "

Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Pork

1. Prepared ingredients.

2. Finely chop the meat, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch, and marinate for half an hour.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add some salt, add the noodles and boil.

4. Drain the water in cold water and set aside.

5. Peel and shred carrots and onions. Wash the feathers and set aside.

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the shredded pork to change its color.

7. Add onion and carrot shreds and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

8. Add noodles, chicken feathers, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar.

Tips:

1. The noodles should be half-cooked in advance.
2. Stir-fried noodles are more convenient with chopsticks than with shovel.
3. Salt is only used when marinating shredded pork and cooking noodles. No need to add salt when cooking noodles.
