Fried Noodles with Vegetables and Pork

Finely chop the meat, add salt, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch, and marinate for half an hour.

Drain the water in cold water and set aside.

Tips:
1. The noodles should be half-cooked in advance.
2. Stir-fried noodles are more convenient with chopsticks than with shovel.
