Fried Oats Banana

Prepare the bananas and divide them into sections. You can also divide them into smaller ones. Mine is a bit bigger.

Prepare the oats.

Stir the flour with water to form a paste.

Roll the bananas in the batter.

Then go to the oatmeal and roll it, and just cover it with oatmeal.

Then put it in the frying pan and fry it until golden brown, and it won't be battered if it keeps tumbling.

Deep fried golden brown.

Finally install the plate.

It tastes good, but it sells like normal. When the oil temperature is high, turn it to medium heat, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
Tips:
This fried banana oatmeal must be eaten while it is hot. After it is cold, the taste is not as crispy as it was when it was just out of the pan. It feels more convenient if you use a pan.
