Fried Okara Cake

Prepare all the ingredients: bean dregs, flour, eggs, bread flour, Wangwang snow cake (made into flour with a food processor), starch, sesame, sugar

Add bean dregs, flour, eggs, bread flour, Wangwang snow cake flour, starch and sugar into the live noodles

Take a small ball of noodles

Roll with sesame seeds, hold it in your hand and press it into small cakes. (Because the bean dregs noodles are softer, don't press them into small cakes and put them in the pan directly. Don't move the cakes back and forth, they will be set when they are fried)

Tips:
1. Because bean dregs don't like molding, pay attention when making dough and dipping sesame seeds. It is best to complete it at one time. Don't turn the dough back and forth, otherwise it will easily fall apart.
2. During the frying process, wait for one side to turn yellow and set the shape and then turn the other side. Don't turn it over too early, otherwise it will easily fall apart because of the softness.
