Fried Old Pumpkin

Peel and wash the old pumpkin.

Cut the pumpkin into thick slices.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, put the pumpkin in the wok and stir fry.

Pour in a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer, turn the pumpkin over halfway, let it cook evenly.

When the water in the pot dries quickly, open the lid and pierce the pumpkin with chopsticks. It can be easily pierced to indicate that the pumpkin is ripe.

Add half a spoon of salt and stir well.
7.
The water has boiled dry, turn off the heat and take it out.

Sweet and glutinous old pumpkin.
