Fried Osmanthus with Red Fruit

Prepare the required ingredients, and clean the hawthorn fruit first.

Use a small piping mouth to remove the pit of the hawthorn fruit. Use the piping mouth to align the center of the hawthorn fruit. After inserting it, rotate it once to take out the pit in its entirety. Process all the hawthorn berries one by one.

Put the processed hawthorn fruit, 150g rock sugar, and 500ml drinking water into the pot and boil on high heat.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the hawthorn fruit is translucent and the soup becomes less thick and thick.

Put the cooked hawthorn fruit into a bowl, put 2g of osmanthus in the pot, boil the remaining soup over high heat, turn off the heat, pour the osmanthus soup into the bowl, and soak the hawthorn completely.
Tips:
1. The ratio of hawthorn, drinking water and rock sugar is about 3:3:1. If you like sweetness, you can add a little more sugar.
2. Don't use an iron pan to make fried red fruits, otherwise the taste will have peculiar smell, which will also affect the color of red fruits.
