Sugar-coated Haws
1.
Rinse the hawthorn and soak it in light salt water for about ten minutes
2.
Use bamboo sticks or toothpicks to string hawthorns (if you go to check and decide by yourself)
3.
Prepare a clean and water-free dish, use a brush to apply a layer of oil on the dish to prevent sticking
4.
Add a small bowl of water and a large piece of rock sugar to boil in the pot
5.
Boil until the juice is big and foamy, the rock sugar liquid is browned, and it feels like the state of drawing silk quickly.
6.
Quickly roll the hawthorn from the rock sugar liquid, then place it on the oiled plate
7.
Let it cool a little, the sugar on top will harden and you can eat it, sweet and sour
