Fried Oyster

Materials are ready.

Add oyster meat, sweet potato flour, green garlic, light soy sauce and stir to make a slurry.

Put the saucepan on a low heat, heat the lard, and pour the syrupy oyster meat into the pot when the oil is boiled until the oil noodles smoke.

Tips:
When making oyster frying, it is best to fry until crispy on both sides, cooked inside and yellow on the edge.
