Fried Oyster Mushroom

Wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them apart, sprinkle some salt to marinate the water and squeeze dry.

Beat the eggs, add two spoons of starch, and stir well. Put the dried oyster mushrooms into the egg mixture and wrap well.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When the oil is hot for 6 minutes, add the oyster mushrooms coated in egg liquid.
