Fried Pea Corn Kernels

The ingredients are shown in the picture, the amount of sweet peas and one sweet corn.

Pea shells.

The corn peels off the kernels.
4.
Clean and drain the water for later use.

Start the pot and heat the pot with cold oil.

Add the peas and corn kernels to 50% of the oil and stir fry a few times.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a few minutes.
