My baby loves fried rice with eggs, I'm sorry for the flowers of the motherland without any sausage! One homemade crispy sausage.

Crispy Egg Fried Rice

1. Put a little oil in the pan to heat up, pour in the eggs and scatter

2. Add corn kernels and peas, stir fry with a little salt

3. Add crispy intestines and stir fry

4. Pour in rice, add appropriate amount of salt, salt and pepper powder (optional)

5. Stir-fry, cover and stew, and fry until the rice is evenly distributed. If the rice is hard, add a little boiled water and simmer for a while.

Tips:

The corn kernels and peas kernels are best blanched. I scalded it with boiling water.
