Mixed Vegetables Braised Rice

Peeling chestnuts is a tricky job, especially raw chestnuts. I have a better method, first give chestnuts a knife.

Tips:
The chestnuts must be peeled quickly, otherwise they will be dyed black by the fluffy skin inside. It is not good to use the high fire of the microwave oven. High fire will make the chestnuts ripe and black.
