Late Night Canteen ~ Fried Rice with Egg

Shrimp cooked in water in advance to remove the shell

Beat the eggs, pour in the egg liquid and fry it when the oil is 70% to 80% hot.

The surface is slightly solidified, stir and fry with chopsticks, then serve and set aside

Stir-fry the sweet corn and sweet peas a few times, then add half a bowl of shrimp and half a bowl of water and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the rice and stir fry quickly, the fire is medium heat

Stir fry until the rice grains are distinct, and the garnishes are evenly distributed, then add the seasoned fish sauce soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Continue to stir-fry the seasonings to have a uniform color and smell the slightly charred aroma of the rice before it is out of the oven.
Tips:
The side dishes can be increased or decreased according to your preference. I don’t need to put salt in the light soy sauce and soy sauce. If you like spicy food, you can put some pepper or chili sauce.
