Fried Peanuts

A bowl of peanut kernels.

Bring the wok to a high heat, then pour a small amount of oil into the low heat.

Pour the peanut kernels in a hot pan with cold oil.

Small fire throughout the whole process, constantly stir fry. (You can't stop it until it's fried)

Stir fry until the peanuts make a dense crackling sound, turn off the heat.

Use the remaining temperature to continue to fry for a while, the peanut kernels become very plump, and the color of the skin becomes red and bright.

Put the fried peanuts on a plate, let it cool, and then sprinkle in salt and mix well.
Tips:
1. Before frying peanuts, it is best to heat the pan with cold oil.
2. Stir frying constantly throughout the whole process and can't stop.
3. Stir fry until the peanuts make a intensive crackling sound, turn off the heat immediately and fry with the remaining temperature, do not fry them.
