Fried Peanuts
1.
Put salt and pepper in the pot, stir fry on low heat
2.
Stir-fry until the salt becomes hot and the color turns slightly yellow
3.
Pour in peanuts and stir fry
4.
The peanuts are basically cooked when they turn color. You can taste the texture, don’t fry them.
5.
Sift out the salt with a slotted spoon, let the peanuts cool and enjoy
Tips:
During the frying process, keep the fire at a medium-to-low heat level, as it will become easy to burn when the fire is high. The salt of the fried peanuts can be stored in a bag and used again next time.
