Fried Peanuts with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: peanuts, pickled vegetables (washed)

Put the washed pickled vegetables on the chopping board and chop them up, set aside.

Put the peanuts into the pressure cooker.

Add some water.

Next, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After simmering until no gas, open the lid and remove.

Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Then, add the cooked peanuts and stir fry.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
