Fried Peas with Shrimp

Peel off the shells of the prawns, pick out the shrimp intestines and wash them.

Cut the shrimp into 2 sections, mix well with cooking wine, cornstarch, pepper and salt to taste. Wash the peas.
3.
Stir-fry the shrimps in a hot pan with cold oil and turn them out of the pan.
4.
Stir-fry the peas under the remaining oil, add some water and salt to cook.
5.
Add the fried shrimp.

-Stir-fry evenly to taste,
7.
Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate.
