Fried Persimmons with Rutabaga

Prepare tomatoes

Kohlrabi
3.
Wash and dice tomatoes
4.
Wash kohlrabi and cut into shreds

Start the pan and heat the oil, add the diced persimmons and stir-fry until the juice is juiced

Then add shredded rutabaga and stir fry

Finally, add salt to taste and stir fry evenly.
