Fried Pleurotus Eryngii in Bacon
1.
Prepare eryngii mushrooms and bacon, defrost the bacon, prepare crushed black pepper (better freshly ground), salt and pepper, bacon, and thyme (you can leave it without spices).
2.
Wash and slice pleurotus eryngii.
3.
Put a little olive oil in the pan to fry the bacon.
4.
After the bacon is fried, there will still be oil in the pan, so put the oyster mushrooms.
5.
When it is cooked, there will be a little water in the middle, so you can fry slowly. Finally put a variety of condiments.
6.
Serve and enjoy.
7.
You can also use a toothpick to glue the double-sided film to make a card tag.
8.
A layer of pleurotus eryngii and a layer of bacon are piled up like this and eaten with a card.
