Fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Sliced Pork

1. Pleurotus eryngii, green onions.

2. Shred.

3. The meat slices are marinated with salt, soy sauce, and starch.

4. Fry the pork slices first.

5. Stir-fry and scoop up for later use.

6. Stir-fry eryngii mushrooms again.

7. After sautéing, add green onions and add salt to taste.

8. Stir-fry the scallions until soft, pour in the meat slices, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, stir well, sprinkle a little water on the lid and simmer for a minute, then turn off the heat and serve.

9. The finished product is savoury and fresh. You can try if you like.
