Pomfret bones are less tender, and I like to eat it at ordinary times. Pomfret is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and has the effect of lowering cholesterol. I still use an air fryer, and the pomfret cooked with it is very tender.

Fried Pomfret

1. Wash the pomfret, cut a few cuts into the flesh, put onion, ginger and garlic

2. Cooking wine

3. Put some barbecue sauce

4. Put some salt

5. Put some light soy sauce, spread evenly and marinate for 2 hours

6. Preheat the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

7. Turn over and bake for about 8 minutes, sprinkle with cumin powder

Tips:

Turn over more when marinating, easy to taste
