Fried Pork Chop with Apple Sauce
1.
Wash the pork chops and loosen the meat with the back of a knife. Add salt, pepper, ginger and white wine to marinate for half an hour.
2.
The apple sauce is made during the marinating of the pork chops: the green apples are cored and sliced.
3.
Melt a small piece of butter in a pot over low heat.
4.
Pour in the cut apple slices and stir fry slightly, and add appropriate amount of white vinegar, honey, sugar, pepper, salt and apple juice (almost no more than the amount of apples).
5.
Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes (the apples are soft but not rotten), and simmer in water starch. The sauce part is ready, you can sprinkle some black pepper to increase the taste level according to your personal taste.
6.
Put a little oil in the pan and put the marinated pork chops on it. Fry over medium-low heat for 2 minutes and turn over.
7.
When the surface of the pork chops is slightly charred, it is ready to fry. The whole process should not exceed 5 minutes to prevent the pork chops from getting old and losing moisture.
8.
Set the pan and pour the apple sauce on the pork chops. You can add some vegetables, pasta or mashed potatoes according to your preference.
