A colleague taught me to stir-fry pork liver a few years ago. I think it's very delicious, but my family doesn't like it, so I haven't done much. Recently, I suddenly wanted to eat pork liver. I bought a little to relieve my gluttony. It was a bit rusty if I didn't make it for a long time, but it tasted good.

Fried Pork Liver with Onion

1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the liver with clean water 3 hours in advance. It is best to change the water several times halfway.

2. Cut the soaked pork liver into 2mm thick slices, and rinse off the blood with clean water

3. Add starch, pepper, light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine

4. Mix well

5. Cut the side dishes

6. Put oil in the pot, put the ginger and garlic into the pot and fry it for a fragrance

7. Stir fry with pork liver

8. Stir-fry until the color changes and then transfer to a bowl for later use

9. Leave the oil in the pot, put the green peppers, onions, and carrots in the pot and fry them, then adjust a small amount of salt

10. Finally add the fried pork liver and stir fry evenly
