Fried Pork Liver with Onions

Pork liver slices.

Cut the green pepper and onion into pieces, and rinse the liver several times with clean water to wash the bleeding water.

Pig liver controls water and adds starch to sizing.

Put water in a small pot, bring the cooking wine to a boil, add pork liver slices and blanch for 2 minutes.

Take out the cold water immediately, and drain the water after cooling down.

Heat oil in a blanching pot, add green peppers, and stir-fry onions until they become raw.

Pour in pork liver slices, light soy sauce, vinegar, salt and stir-fry. Turn off the heat and add some sesame oil.
