Fried Pork Liver with Onions

Soak the liver in clean water for 15 minutes, wash and slice, add starch and cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, saute the scallions and ginger, pour in the liver and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add onions, stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken essence to taste. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes and it's ready to eat.
Tips:
A moderate amount of pork liver can supplement heme iron and hemoglobin.
