Fried Pork Strips with Snow Beans

1. Meat strips such as meatloaf are just different in shape!

2. The two ends of the snow peas need to be processed. Tear off the sides and clean them.

3. Slice the meat strips, do not need to be too thin, about 3cm.

4. Put the meat strips in the oil first.

5. Fry until golden on both sides.

6. In a separate pot, add a small amount of garlic to stir-fry snow peas.

7. Stir fry together with garlic noodles after frying.

8. After frying snow peas and garlic sprouts, add the fried pork strips and stir fry together, just seasoning!

Tips:

The meat strips contain oil, so add a little oil when frying!
