Fried Pork Trotters

After washing the trotters, soak them in clean water for 4 hours, then rinse and remove.

Prepare the seasoning

Boil the trotters in a pot under cold water first, then remove them and wash them.

Heat the pot, pour in the pork belly, stir fry for a fragrance, then pour in the cooking wine

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Add boiling water, the amount of water should be immersed in the ingredients, and then add the seasoning

Cover with high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook until soft and turn to high heat to collect the juice.

Prepare white sesame seeds, ground cumin and chopped coriander

Apply a layer of oil after preheating the air fryer

Add the trotters evenly and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, ground cumin and chopped coriander

Fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Take out and sprinkle some cumin powder and continue frying for 5 minutes
Tips:
1. Pork feet have a strong fishy smell, so it tastes best when cooked after soaking
2. Our braised soy sauce and dark soy sauce do not add salt, so you can add it at will
3. It can be baked in the oven without air fryer
