Pork Claws with Spiced Sauce

Put the pork feet into clean water, add 2 grams of salt, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and 1 star anise to blanch the water. After blanching, immediately soak in cold water and wash it.

Put the pork feet in a pot with water and bring to a boil. Put in old brine, salt, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, star anise, rock sugar and five-spice powder. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 Minutes, it takes about 1 hour for a regular pot.
