Fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Cut the beef into thin strips and add cooking wine, starch, and a little salt to marinate for about 10 minutes

3. Shred the red pepper and hot pepper and set aside

4. Shred bamboo shoots and set aside

5. Heat the oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and stir fragrant, then pour the beef

6. After the beef is cooked, add green pepper and red pepper and stir fry

7. Add light soy sauce, chicken essence, salt

8. Add bamboo shoots and stir fry for 1-2 minutes

Tips:
