Fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots

Soak the dried bamboo shoots in clear water in advance, which takes several hours.

After the dried bamboo shoots are soaked, tear them apart by hand and change the knife into small pieces. Shred the tenderloin and prepare the green onion and ginger.

Marinate the tenderloin with a little salt and starch for fifteen minutes.
