Fried Pork with Dried Bamboo Shoots
1.
Soak the dried bamboo shoots in clean water one day in advance, and then change the knife for later use.
2.
Choose half-fat and half-lean pork slices, slice green peppers and garlic, and cut ginger into foam.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of salad oil in the pot to heat up, stir-fry the pork until there is no moisture, then sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, and finally add the braised soy sauce for color.
4.
Then add the dried bamboo shoots and stir-fry, add the right amount of salt, a little pepper, add a bowl of water and simmer until the juice is collected.
Tips:
1. Dried bamboo shoots should be soaked in water in advance. If the dried bamboo shoots you buy are salty, pay attention when adding salt later.
2. It is best to choose half-fat, half-lean or pork belly, so that the oil from the fried meat and the bamboo shoots will be fragrant.
