Fried Pork with Dried Tofu

Sliced pork belly. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections. Shred the red pepper. Shred ginger. Cut dried tofu into strips.

Heat in a pan and stir-fry the fragrant ginger.

Put the pork belly and stir fry evenly until golden. Add proper amount of cooking wine in the middle to get rid of fishy.

Add red pepper and garlic seedlings and sauté until fragrant.

Stir evenly.

Then add the chopped dried tofu and stir fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
8.
Sprinkle the garlic sprouts onion.
9.
Add a spoonful of salt to taste.
10.
Stir a proper amount of bean paste and stir-fry evenly before it comes out of the pot.

You can put it in according to your favorite seasoning.
