Fried Pork with Ginger

Wash the ginger and cut into slices for later use.

Slice the waist plum meat, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, and peanut oil to marinate.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections for later use.
4.
Stir-fry the meat slices in a hot pan.
5.
Stir fry the pork slices until the color changes, then add ginger and stir fry.
6.
Just add the garlic sprouts and stir fry a few times before they are out of the pan. The meat slices have been marinated with salt, so do not add salt.

Finished product.
