Fried Pork with Green Pepper and Yuba
1.
Cut the green peppers for later use. I didn’t put too much green peppers if kids don’t like them. They are mainly used to match the dishes.
2.
Cut the meat, add the lean meat and starch dark soy sauce, mix with a little salt and set aside
3.
If the meat you buy has this kind of fat, you can also cut it for later use
4.
Put the fat in the hot oil and fry it so that there will be a little lard in the corn oil, making the cooking more delicious. Ignore those who don’t like lard
5.
Just fry it like this
6.
Pour in the lean meat and stir fry
7.
Add green pepper
8.
Add yuba. I use cold water to soak, which is slower and softer, about half to an hour or so. Forgot to soak in hot water, the hot water soaks faster and softens. Chewy suggest to soak in cold water
9.
Add a little soy sauce. Add a little bit of water, MSG, and salt and stir fry.
10.
Fry well
