Fried Pork with Okra

Wash and slice the okra, marinate the lean meat slices with salt oil, and set aside the ginger slices.

Heat up the pan, put the oil, add the ginger slices and sauté the oil, pour the meat slices and stir fry until it turns white and cooked. Set aside.

Use the remaining oil in the pot to pour the okra and stir fry, while frying, add a little water to prevent the fry.

Fry until the okra is broken, pour in the fried meat, stir fry, and season with salt and oyster sauce.
