Fried Portunus Crab

Clean up the swimming crabs, remove the lid and cut off the crab legs, then sprinkle with sake and ginger juice and soak for about 10 minutes to clear the fishy smell, drain the water and coat with glutinous rice flour

Adjust the Philips Airfryer to 180°C and preheat for 5 minutes

Put the swimming crab into the preheated Philips Airfryer and fry it at 180℃ for about 10 minutes

Take out and dip in the sauce and serve
