This dish can be used as a dish and a snack. Do not remove the skin of the potato specially. Use a brush to clean it and cut it into even pieces, then marinate it with your favorite seasoning for a while, let the potatoes taste better before cooking. I just mix it with salt, black peppercorns and chili powder. Because I use an air fryer, I add a tablespoon of cooking oil to increase the taste. You can also directly use an open flame to fry, use an open flame, and just use it when marinating. Don't cheer up

Fried Potatoes with Black Pepper

1. Scrub the potatoes with a brush

2. Prepare black pepper, chili powder and chopped green onion

3. Cut the potatoes into even pieces and add salt

4. add some oil

5. Then grind in black peppercorns and black paprika, mix well and let stand for half an hour

6. After preheating the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, add the potatoes

7. 10 minutes first

8. When the time is up, shake the basket a few times, add the chopped green onion and adjust for another 8 minutes.

Tips:

1. You don't need an air fryer, it can be fried on an open flame, or baked in an oven.
2. Seasoning can be adjusted according to your own taste.
3. The potato pieces must be cut evenly, so that there will be no pinching.
