Fried Potatoes with Meatballs

Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Wash the potato chips several times. Then soak in water. When to fry and when to pour out the water.

I made this meatball with horseshoe and pork belly. The method is very simple. Add minced meat, minced horseshoes, eggs, add cornstarch and stir in one direction. Rub it with your palms, and fry golden brown in the oil.

Put it in the pot and put the meatballs. Put in water, dark soy sauce, and a small amount of salt. Cook the meatballs. The meatballs are cooked and beaten.

Put the oil in the pan and fry the potato chips. The potato chips are very thin. Very familiar. With salt.

Potato chips. After it's cooked, add the meatballs and chopped green onion, stir-fry for a while before it comes out of the pot.

Tips:
When the potato chips are fried, the heat should not be too high, and the water of the potato chips should not be drained too much.
