Fried Potatoes with Shrimp and Pickled Vegetables

1. Ingredients: boiled shrimp, potatoes (washed and peeled), pickled vegetables (washed and cut)

2. Put the cleaned and peeled potatoes on the chopping board and cut them up and set aside.

3. Peel the boiled shrimp and take the meat, set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.

5. Then, stir-fry the pickled vegetables.

6. Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are cooked and tender.

7. Then, add the peeled shrimp and stir fry.
